HP Library & Tape Tools (LTT) is a free, downloadable diagnostic tool for all HP & Lynx magneto-optical tape storage products.
If you are experiencing technical issues with your Lynx tape drive we highly recommend the use of HP LTT for testing, updating firmware, and diagnostic purposes.

If you are experiencing issues with your Lynx drive, you may be eligible for a Warranty replacement. To register your Warranty Claim simply follow the link below. Once registered our support team will be in contact to comfirm the replacement and issue a reference number.
