Warranty Claim Request


If you are experiencing issues with your Lynx drive, you may be eligible for a Warranty replacement. To register your Warranty Claim simply follow the link below. Once registered our support team will be in contact to comfirm the replacement and issue a reference number.

Before logging a claim we recommend downloading HP Library and Tape Tools for diagnostics, or alternatively contacting our Tech Support team for help.

Please provide as much detail as possible when logging a claim, including serial numbers, part numbers, and descriptions of the issues being encountered.

Once the claim is logged someone from our friendly support team will be in touch as soon as possible to organise your replacement.
